  • Proactively conduct outside sales calls and guided site tours to attain call quota levels
  • Secure incremental new business that meets minimum profitability targets in accordance with company expectations.
  • Mentors staff at property across all positions to help foster an "Everybody Sells" culture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential business partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and revenue management, to ensure a coordinated approach in delivering Platinum Service
